I worked as the Head of Operations in the Cefalo Bangladesh office. I actively take part in the overall office management. My key responsibilities include:

Technical Project Manager
I worked as a technical project manager to convert "non-technical" customer requirements into "technical" stories or backlog items for software developers. I had to lead and manage multiple teams of software development consultants. My key responsibilities include:

I worked as the head of professional services department at the Bangladesh branch of Vizrt. Here I had to lead a group of about 15+ professional services consultants technically as well as managerially. My key responsibilities include:
• Managing all the consultants of the professional services department in the Bangladesh branch, which include technical management as well as resource management.

I worked as a senior technical consultant to provide software development consultancy services to Vizrt's various customer projects all over the world, took part in the requirement analysis process, acted as a tech-lead, developed and managed software development projects, trained other members and stakeholders, provided on-demand technical support etc.

Somewhere in Net Ltd. is the pioneer of the Bengali blogging platform named ‘Somewhere in... blog’. It is the first public blogging site in Bengali established in 2005 and the largest community of Bengali bloggers in the world.
